Each year from October 15th to December 7th, during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), it’s important to review your coverage to ensure it meets your needs for the upcoming year.

I use HealthSherpa to enroll you in your Marketplace plan. When you were enrolled, you received an invitation to create your own dashboard. Your dashboard is designed to give you easy access to your plan information.
Per CMS regulations, you will need to verify your identity to access your account. You will enter personal information that will be validated against the primary contact on your application. Once you have validated your personal information, you will then verify your identity based on personal credit history questions generated by Experian (CMS partners with Experian).
