Dental and Vision

There are LOTS of companies offering dental and/or vision plans. They all have similar features/costs.

The most important thing about picking a plan is making sure that your dentist and/or optometrist is in the plan's network.

As an independent broker, I can help you get almost any insurance plan you want, but I mainly go with Ameritas or Delta because most dentists and/or optometrists are in network with one or the other.

Ameritas Dental and/or Vision

For dental there are 3 levels, $25.60, $48.22, and $56.66 per month per person.
For vision, it's either $10.67 or $16.34 per month per person.

For dental there are 3 levels: $32.67, $37.59, and $49.89 per month per person.
To add vision, the 3 levels are: $44.51, $49.43, and $61.73.
